the one with the girl is the exact one I bought for my wife. The first day she didn't take it down to the pool but she used it the second day and every day after. When she didn't want to be in it she would just let it float around the pool and it was never empty for long. When she wanted to use it again she would just ask who ever was using it and they were always happy to give it back. She tried a few insulated mugs before we left for our trip and found one that fit in the cup holder. I think it is a contigo mug. My wife says she will take it every time we go.
We are first timers 10/12-10/16. Reading all this is frustrating. Wife is just 5', thin and easily cold. Seems like choices are likely isolation from others in shallow part, or float which has her partially submerged in water, likely getting rather cold over time, or canopy type float which keeps her out of water, and from what others say, more isolated from crowd. Is bringing some sort of float really worth it?
What are you risking? When it is deflated it takes up about as much space as a pair of pants and it cost $25. Take it and try it the first day if you like it great, if you don't give to someone else to try. Seems like a no brainer to me. Its not like if you take a floating chair the floating chair police are going to make you set in it for a week.
I have bird bones and big tits I float all on my own .. we didn't see a lot of floats other than ones for drinks ..everyone just kinda hung out on the steps or sat on the bar
LMAO on your self critique! And I suppose that is better than the opposite... big bones and bird tits and sinking on your own
I always use the motto, "better to have and not need than to need and not have" when it comes to TTR. Bring a float and give it a shot.
