UPDATE Since you are all asking, an update is in order. Tina is still at St. Louis University Hospital. She is in good spirits but wishes she was home to watch our oldest play basketball. After all, this is his senior year. I have had a student video the games and will have them put on a DVD to take to her on Thanksgiving so she can watch him play. She was excited when she heard he had 23 pts. on opening night while hitting 6 3pt. baskets and had 16 pts. last night while hitting 4 3pt baskets. The doctor closed part of her open wound last week and will try to close the other part next week or the week after. His plans are to keep her there until she is totally closed up so she will not have to go back until next year for plastic surgery. Overall, it has been a tough struggle but she is doing fantastic from where we were two months ago. She is looking forward to going home and staying there. She says she just wants 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Again, thanks to all who have kept her in their prayers and thoughts. She wanted me to tell everyone a BIG thanks.
