Our 14 month old will not sleep in a Pack n Play. I really need to find a a full size baby crib to rent or buy while in Cancun. Does anyone have any recommendations? Really appreciate any help...
Many hotels have cribs available, contact your resort and see if they have them. If not, try Vic at CancunValet, he might help out though I think he mostly does Pack N Plays. If all else fails, Walmart has cribs, but they aren't cheap.
Thanks for the quick reply. We are staying at a beach house so not hotel help. Vic was very nice at Cancun Valet but they only have Pack n Play. Is there a particular Walmart that is near the Cancun airport & car rental?
If you want to go straight to Walmart from the airport, you are better following the signs to Cancun, and not to the Hotel Zone. As you exit the airport you make a big circle to the right as you come over the overpass. It's about a 20 minute drive. This road becomce Av. Tulum eventually. You will pass Plaza las Americas Mall on your right. At the traffic light at the far end of the mall, where Sears is on the right, make a left. The road quickly forks and you take the right fork. Go maybe a mile and you will come to a 4 way stop that you have to really be careful as it is an aggressive intersection. Go straight through the 4 way and at the next light turn left and Walmart and Sams are both on the left. To get to the Hotel Zone, exit Walmart where you entered it, and turn right. Keep straight all the way to the Hotel Zone. This is much quicker than going downtown through the HZ.
PS If you have the patience your baby will sleep anywhere, once he or she gets tired enough. LOL Sort of like me. You would not believe some of the places where I have awakened.
