Please do not respond to the Spam posts

While Steve has the ability to delete entire threads, we Mods do not.

So it just takes longer for us if we have to delete multiple posts as we havbe to do it one at a time.

So please, do not respond to them...just let a Mod know they are there so we can get rid of the post.

You're right, Michael....for some reason I just never think to do it that way.

But as most of these spams are done by computer responding to thm really serves no purpose.

 

Agreed. The mods should keep an eye out on a particularly malicious spambot (posting under different aliases) that posts actual pics of pornography rather than just the links.

In those cases, just delete the pics, lock the thread, and allow Steve and johnc to track the IP for potential block.
