You're right Steve. It is very inexpensive compared to the "States" too. I am sure they are charging to park at the Mega because a lot of people park their cars and go to the Soccer and Baseball games as well as any other events held at the stadiums.
And at Costco, I instantly noticed that there were LOTS more parking spaces available! No parking from employees of Olympus tours or the restaurants in front or just customers of the restaurants. And if you want, you can eat at one of the restaurants in front and then go shopping and get the ticket validated. I think it is three hours max. Fair and about time. And they do need to do it downtown too with parking meters if they ever want to bring back downtown.
