Well mtv U hosted there concerts there last year its classes a beach club they have pools and bars but i think its more relaxed rather than party party! some awessome views of the oceon at this location though
Nice area, like trigger said the area was used by MTV last year, good good fun, there was also a trance festival that started there at 4am one morning during spring break last year!
