is your hotel not AI? i would think that the alcohol is cheaper in mexico (like at wal mart and such) than it is in the duty free but i could be wrong :?
yeah it is, but one of my mates refuses to drink tequila, and only drinks shots of sambuca (if u dont know, liqorice flavoured shot - horrible), and doesnt know if its sold in mexico, so wants to bring it in with him?! :roll:

They sell a licorice flavored liquor in Mexico (illeagal in the US) called absinthe. Tell him that once he tries that, he'll forget about the sambuca (and many other things) completely.
brrr... Absinth, had about 20ml of that once,.....no EDITED BY MODERATOR more absinth for me.... 73% alc. when i woke the day after i hardly knew where i where, in bed, with my clothes on, went down, to find that my front door was open, and i mean OPEN... damn that shit gave me the worst memory lost ever...just had a flashback, some other things happened during the "absinth" nite too, but for those who wanna know, we'll take that story in Cancun.... :wink: :roll: :lol:
oh, dont even start me on that absinthe sh!t....that stuff is just wrong...lost many a night on that stuff! can you say "what the f**k did I do last night?!" :cry:
