And if your a girly girl and want a pink one it is only about $15.00 more... http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UX0DR2/?tag=cancuncare-20 The best thing about them is they are small and slim in design so I can fit it into just about any pocket and carry it around with me. And they have a large screen for viewing purposes. One downside is they don't have a view portal for taking pictures at night when the digital screen doesn't work very well. But most of the time I just point and click anyways w/o looking at the screen lol.
OK, I just realized the two examples I gave are priced for used/refurbished camera's. I knew the price was too good to be true lol. Ah well was still a suggestion.
Here it is for 139, at circuit city in chicago. Looks lke they only have red, but its new. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Casi...-13061/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do#availability Heres the a canon Powerhot I suggested in Chicago, for 129. Both are new. I used Da Bratz old zipcode. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Cano...-16941/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do#availability
I did a quick search on pricewatch.com and found some pretty good Nikon camera's in your price range. I haven't heard alot about Nikon camera's but the few things I have heard have been good. I have a friend who recently bought one and hasn't had a problem with it and the pictures are good quality. http://www.pricewatch.com/brands/cameras/nikon-1.htm
Oh, and Newegg has a pretty decent looking camera for $80 and it has good reviews from customers who bought one... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830170101 Down side to this one I just noticed it uses AA batteries. These battery operated camera's (in my experience) don't last very long before running down batteries. I would suggest looking into a camera with a good Lithium Ion battery that will last longer and can recharge. You will save alot of money on AA batteries and less hassle by having the power when you need it w/o having to replace batteries all the time.
That is a good suggestion check Circuit City if you can get that Exilim for $139 that's a great buy and the Canon PowerShot is also a great camera for $129.
rockrgrrrl, PM me. I'm in the consumer electronics industry. I can hook ya up w/ either a new or "no box" unit.
