I have to agree with Will n Roz - in the UK / Europe we can take pics on the beach, by the pool, nude or topless and no one gives a sh*t - it does seem that perhaps we are much more relaxed than our US cousins ( def no offence intended) on this type of thing anyway. I love looking back over our pics from holidays so hopefully I'll take loads but can reassure everyone than NONE containing anyone else will ever be posted anywhere without their consent. They might end up in our own album on the computer but not online.
Just be mindful of what you capture with your camera. There will photo op times and times to keep it put away. Thinking you will be able to tell which is which
When we were there in Nov, many ppl were taking pics as well as us but its a standards rule that you ask permission and do not post any pics on the net of others or without first getting permission. We took many group shots and it was standard that we all knew one another wld respect them and we all shared thru emails at the end of our trip. We both work in the field of Law and so having nude pics of us is NOT ACCEPTABLE howevr we go with the belief that the huge majority of those snaping pics will respect them....At TTR is standard that photographers will RESPECT your pictures. However, if a creepy dude/dudette comes across snapping without permission, i HIGHLY suggest snagging it and swipping the SD card should that ever arise. WORD OF ADVICE THAT WE FOLLOW: Ask permission, snap, and respect it!
Thanks everyone! I appreciate that you all tried to calm my thoughts on this topic. :blueshock: I have to admit, comments that make me nervous are the ones where people say 'you chose to be like that in public', so it's a risk you take. I guess I will have to see how it goes. I know it's my decision to be like that in public :azzangel: , guess I feel that it's also my choice to request that my picture not be taken by someone without my permission. This is why I decided not to become a president, movie star or supermodel (so I don't get chased by paparazzi . haha! Thanks again! ~Jill~:ernaehrung024:See you on the Cruise!
oh...I and I TOO wish that I lived in a country where "boobs" are not such a big deal...but the reality is I don't and my family is ultra conservative... :usa1: Sincerely, Private Christian (Baptist) High School Graduate ~Jill~:azzangel:
I'm glad I have been able to make lots of money without having to worry about showing up in the background of someone else's photo. It's nice to work for a company that focuses on production and not on personal life. What a buzz kill! And with a wife that doesn't work, no worries there. Creeping is different than appearing in a photo here and there and I totally agree that it is unacceptable anywhere.....................................
As an English girl living in the US I now realise why I was ostraised from the community after going to our pool topless! JK! LOL! but I did have to learn to use a bathroom to change rather than struggle under my towel to twist my swimming costume off! :icon_wink: See you guys soon!
Thats great that everyone has some form of respect when taking photos during a boob cruise? but what about at around the pools? Surely you don't ask "Hey everybody Im gonna take a photo, hold still or hide you face"? there are plenty of photos here that show people in the background. I am sure they were unaware of it at the time.
