I have nothing else to do, LOL!! However, I will admit I haven't the first clue how to make a mean cheesesteak!! They were delicioso!!!!! Tori - you can be my maestra! Great for them on retiring - bad for us, LOL!!

Well, just to set things straight, PCS is/was on the back side of Plaza Terramar, not Plaza Caracol. Pza Terramar is next to Pza Caracol however. I guess technically it could be on the back side of Pza Caracol if you enter from the public parking lot. On the other hand, if you are on the Blvd, going either direction, then Pza Caracol would be behind Pza Caracol. I am so confused. But PCS is located in Plaza Terramar, just not on the street. Down the little pedestrian street running BETWEEN Plazas Terramar and Caracol.
