I have the perfect remedy for the name game due to my British decent everybody and anybody is always refered to as Mate, even after just being told their name they are for ever known as mate.
Ypu can always print the roll call list that Steve posts, or The PDF taht Woody makes up for every one (Thanks Woody!). Just bring it along. We did last year and after all day at the pool we check the list before going out in the eveving. Even ran back to the room once, also saw someone else actually had it at Paty'os one night.
The night before we left, I stayed up all night because we had to leave at 3am for our flight - I am not a morning person at all and rather than be all groggy, the vampire in me preferred to just not go to sleep. Michael got a few hours of sleep, and a little on the long plane trip. We arrived at TTR around 4:30pm, and after getting settled in our room, Michael took a shower and the bathroom drain flooded our room - oy!! By the time we got packed up and situated in the new room, Michael went to sleep, he was so tired he could hardly move. He told me to go down to Paty O's and see who was there - and I can't believe I still had the energy (must have been the all-nighter's from grad school). I showed up at Paty O's and at least 5 different Cancuncare members greeted me with "Sultryfox - OMG - hi" - it was truly awesome!! I was so glad I went down there, because the Boobs Cruise was the next day and I was able to meet several couples beforehand, then introduce Michael the next morning when we were waiting at Paty O's. Connecting with people on Cancuncare made our January trip amazingly terrific, and I think we have made friends we will now have for life!! Thanks Steve! Tiogamike told me he printed the roll call list for the week he was there, and that is how he was able to recognize people and then introduce everyone - so I would highly recommend doing that. Without pictures, and before people get their orange wristbands, it is hard to know who is from the forum. Of course, I think using a sharpie and writing "cancuncare rocks" across your boobs could work pretty well, if you forget to print the list
