We have used Norlitours/Air Transat. Arrive in Cancun at 9:30 in the morning. At resort by 11 so pretty much a full first day. Service on the flight was fantastic with in seat entertainment systems.
We used Bookit.com and got a great deal last year. Booked early and paid $2900+transfer+baggage for 2 weeks in Feb. Only catch is we flew out of Detroit, what we saved on airport taxes paid for our hotel room and parking.Transfer was really inexpensive through Bookit as well. Have used itravel2000 with success also. Booked this year for Jan 23 to Feb 06. Had to go through an agent this time because we have a $200 per person credit to use before expiry. So flying out or Toronto this time. Hope you have a great trip, maybe see you there as well as JenandTodd
Thanks for the link - that may help looking at the options. We've typically booked through Expedia and never had an issue. One nice thing to check on is transfers. One booking they were included and the next one they weren't. It's a nice plus when they're included.
re transfers,,, not really a plus. we don't use them. Sometimes they send a big bus and you can be stuck on it for a long time A lot of people here use USA transfers and get a private ride for relatively cheap and you can even arrange a stop at a liquor store or Walmart. Use the link at the bottom of the page
We did Nolitours last time we went to TTR. Usually they put everyone on a bus and stop at all the various resorts on the way to TTR. My understanding is that there is beer for purchase onboard and that they keep it pretty fun with jokes etc. This past time however there were 10 of us all going to TTR and they gave us a private van down and back. It was great because we already had 8 friends before we even walked in the door. Later we figured out that about half of them were also CancunCare peeps that just never put up pictures of themselves.
