Yea that sucks, i get 22 days so 4 weeks and 2 days, a bunch of holidays and what the hell are these personal days!?
Personal leave here is sick leave, leave to care for a family member who is sick, to attend funerals etc - personal matters that pop up from time to time.
i belive we get a moving day and a day if you get married... we get three personal day s as well every year for doctors appointments dentist ect... ooo and the company shuts down at christmas so extra week there
Time cards are easily smudged when your boss is busy kayaking on the other side of the country...........
Indeed. Once had 10 days off and only had 10 minutes debited off my annual leave allowance. :lol: :lol: . Felt that it'd only embarass the HR department if I pointed out their mistake so stayed quiet about it and ' buggered off ' :wink: :wink: ' somewhere else for another 10 days later on in the year Ian :lol: :lol:
YEah us Canadians and americans get less time for sure. Most do get that 1-2 weeks. I get 3 weeks myself almost 4 weeks coming up..
