It is all over the place with what's allowed or not in Patty O's. In May of 13 almost every night Hope took her dress off and danced with only a thong. Heck one night she left the room nude and walked back to Patty O's and friends there put a shirt and chair cushions on her to cover her, when stopped by security all they wanted was the chair cusions. At that point we knew we LOVED that place!!! I hope security doesn't screw it up!
