Yep. It sucks. Go from the highest of highs going to sleep, to the lowest of lows the nest morning. Oh well. Got a new one ordered, Should be here in 2-3 weeks. As many times as we've used it, Ive never once checked to make sure its there. Lesson learned. We keep them in our home office in a filing cabinet in a folder. Hers was there mine wasnt. Havent touched them since TTR last Sept. Baffling. Worst part is, we only get back partial $$$ for the resort cancel, and a partial credit from Spirit Airlines that we have to use within 60 days. Losing that much $$ is depressing!
