Finally, the new law that forces American Residents who wish to travel abroad to have a passport will come into effect this tuesday. This measure did not apply for Latin American countries, where the tourists could travel without any problems, as long as they presented a form of ID. Authorties and service providers estimate the there will actually be an impact in the visitors flow one this law comes into effect. The question is how far will this....
