Mine is still in my maiden name. Never had a problem we just book the vacation with my maiden name so the passport matches the ticket
I own a travel agency and the information from most on here is correct....the passport information is what you put on the application and is supported by the birth certificate you send in with the application...the passport information must match the airline ticketing information exactly....the drivers license does not come into play. (for international travel )
