Whatever you want to call this place, it seems to be owned by the same group that owns Plaza La Isla and Plaza Forum. A Pull and Bear guy from Mexico City told me that the parent company is from Spain and also owns Zara and Bershka. How about that! This place being retrofitted as an outlet mall may be a way to help their merhants/tenants at the more successful malls get rid of their stale inventory. Normally with US type outlets stores, like Ross Dress For Less, you can go there and find new stuff that was not there a week before. I sure love the MM Cinemas. $39 every day but Wed, which is $37.
