The largest outlet store is AWFUL... supposedly American brands and all, but it's like they're selling the ugliest stuff they couldn't sell at Walmart or TJMaxx, like SamCancun said. Nike store looks good, but I didn't check any prices when I went in. The smaller outlet store selling Bershka, Pull & Bear, etc is ok. They have some cute stuff, but only for maybe $50 pesos less than at Las Americas, with less options. I think that Paseo is still alive mainly because of their restaurants, casino, and bowling alley. Every time I go, the places that are ALWAYS full are Planet Bowl, Caliente, Starbucks and Sushi Ken. La Michoacana Ice Cream is pretty damn good, too!
The McDonalds has closed now as well. Yeah horrible mall with horrible clothes - that "zara pull and bear" store had none of those brands for men, it was all "rewind" whatever that is, nasty gear. Pikey mall with decidedly un-pikey prices for no-brand gear.
Thanks everyone! You learn something new every day, right? In that case, I'll disagree with Mat... I think it's a beautiful plaza (Jorge and I like to go there to eat dinner and walk around), but I'll agree on the un-pikey prices and no-brand gear
The Nike Factory Outlet is the one and only store I go to there... Still thrilled with the sneaker find, hehe
I was very excited to see H2O as all the retail shops by me in the US went under; its just online shopping as of 5 yrs ago. I finally have my facewash and hand lotions back : )
From my understanding, the whole mall will be switching over to "outlet" stores. You can see it in a lot of windows now. It was failing before an this is their idea of a new concept. [ame=]YouTube - Snatch- Pikey Scene
