Someone very close to me was sentenced to 270 days in jail... but ended up serving 338 because she sat 68 before being sentenced and because of something about her sentence, the 68 days DID NOT COUNT towards her 9 months. (270 days.) So yeah, :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: Pissed. :evil: :evil: :evil:

Her medical condition was her mental state..And rumoured rash

well, to be honest, I dont think she should have gotten that much jail time, or even any for that matter for a traffic offense, but........ if thats what the judge ordered her to do, she should suck it up and take it!!

 

Yeah but we are forgetting what the MAIN issue is here. She was CHARGED with a DUI people...>And she then proceeded to drive with a suspended license

 

I agree, but supposedly her license was not taken away, at least her lawyer told her she could still drive. Its a mess!!!

 

ACTUALLY, it was her Agent who told her she could drive. And thats why he was fired shortly after the incident. But then quickly rehired...

Either way, penalties are in place. a DUI is a DUI whether you are her or not
