Owner, Looking to Rent out Room

I am a Temptation Resort owner and I have a couple of 8day/ 7 night rooms available. Are there any other owners on here that recommend a brokerage to go through. This is my first year doing so and I could really use some help. Please help.

Based upon what we paid for our All-Inclusive trip from Canada to Temptations, which included our air fare, taxes, airport transfers, room at Temptations, and the all-inclusive package, you would have to be offering your week (including the ALL-INCLUSIVE package) to me for about US$100 per day total (give or take a bit), or I would not buy it.

If you are asking more than $125 - $150 US per day for two people, all-inclusive, a person such as myself would not even consider purchasing it versus buying an all-inclusive package through a company such as SunWing in Canada. For about US$1600 we got our flight (worth about US$800 or so), transfers, room, and the all-inclusive package.

I had 9 weeks last year and could only use 4. I tried to sell the extra 5 to friends with no luck and even tried to give them away near the end of the year with no takers. Brokers cost you money to sell your weeks for you with no guarantee. I looked into redweek.com

 

Does the time share cost include the all-inclusive package?

Not for us, the new packages have some AI weeked inclued but heard they are hard to use. Terry

 

I noticed in some summer weeks Temptation double-occupancy rooms are going for $127/night... pretty amazing deal...
