Thanks for the report - deleted and banned. You're right about the automated spam bots. They find posts that rank for certain terms in Google, auto register, auto upload a profile pic, make 2 or 3 seemingly relevant posts and then a post with a link in it. They hope a link from a ranked page about the same topic will help their own rankings - not really doing it for clicks more for rankings gain. The old accounts that suddenly resurface after 5 years or so, I think these are hacked accounts. There's probably some automated software that runs through the member list and then uses common passwords such as 'password' or '12345' and if it gets a positive hit it auto posts some spam. There are measures in place to prevent this, but it seems they are getting smarter.
