M&M... You'll do better asking others about the nightlife, there....lol. We were out for a while. But, we weren't burning the 4AM oil. Was it because of the lack of nightlife, though? Not entirely (we were in pretty early at nights, this trip). I hope my comments about it didn't come off as a complaint. That wasn't my intention (by any stretch). There's something going on every night. If you're used to clubbing, it might be a letdown. If you're just after having some place to hang out, you'll be fine.
Actually, what we're wondering is if most people at the resort party at the resort at night or leave the resort to go to the bars. Just wondering what to expect. I'm sure it will be fun.
I "think" there's only a couple nights in the week that the STAFF takes TTR guests out. I don't have a clue how many people go on their own, though.....or, how many just stay in for the evenings. There's plenty of people having fun at the resort, though (nightly). I wouldn't worry about that, at all.

It used to be that the entertainment staff took people to the clubs nightly. It was always hit and miss but usually alot of people stay back at the resort and the bartenders were the entertainment. We have gone to a few clubs sometimes with the resort staff and once on our own. It seems like all the resorts try to fill the same club each night, If you go to a club that the resort didn't take people its busy but not crazy.
Like I said in my orig. post.......I'm quite sure what the others (who were there....and DID experience security issues) posted about having their vacations impacted....happened. Did we experience these issues? No. I agree they didn't impact our vacation.
Glad you had a good trip. We had the same complaint about the lingerie night - too short, and they didn't do enough to encourage folks to stay in Nice Shoes and keep dancing/partying. They did keep it open afterwards when we were there, but it still cleared out pretty fast.
We just got back this morning and felt like we could have danced more at nice shoes too...but i have to say...dancing out at PadyO's was a lot cooler with a nice breeze and some decent music....i just wish more people would have danced sooner....lingerie nite was fun and stacy and the boys sure looked HOT in thier outfits....it was a lot of fun......
if people are leaving the disco early then it's because the resort isnt doing a good job at making it an active enviroment people want....thats simple, and as much as we love the resort they need to do something better with it...i hot sexy happening enviroment needs to be managed better there....we have never understood why they havent updated it, improved drink service and made it a happening space
