I can't recommend you an ostheopath (or so-called), I have been messed up by a few. I recently had a big pain in my elbow from hand to neck, they did the exact opposite of what they had to, and I finally went to see a physician in rehabilitation. His name is Julio and his phone number 998-98-68 (after 5pm). He healed me with electricity and ultrasounds. He is not exactly downtown, but it is worth the ride. He is just in front of the new ISSMMME (sorry, not sure about the spelling :wink: ), the new hospital just after Walmart on Nichupte. And he is cheap. And he speaks English.
