Here's a question I've been meaning to ask for a while. When we first started looking into a trip to TLC(my new abbreviation-if you like it, feel free to use it...but it'll cost ya a shot) there were only 2 room classes, reg and with a hot tub. By the time we booked there was another that was listed exactly like the regl. but cost $1 a night more. I figured $1, what the heck I'll see what it's about and maybe be the first to report back. Will I be the first? Anyone know what this mythical $1 a nite extra room upgrade could be? Maybe it's a dollar to be away from the construction. Maybe it's a sucker fee for nothing.
When we were threre last May they had 3 different type rooms. Passion Suite veyry expensive, also they had the Jacuzzi Room, and the Garden View room was the least expensive of the 3. The Jacuzzi room was somewhere in the middle of the price range. I don't know what type room they would only charge $1 for :? :? Hope this helps!
Basic Room We were there in January and were quite happy with the basic room. I did read in another post that someone with an inroom hot tub was complaining that it was quite noisy. We were very happy to go to the communal hot tub which was loaded with hot naked people! If you are there to share with others you won't want to stay in your room!
Now when you say naked??? We've previously stayed at Breezes Runaway Bay and they had a nude beach and hottub. We also have a hottub at our house. Once you're used to hottubbing nude it's hard to put the shorts back on. They feel terrible with the bubbles and all. I'd read it was only topless, which is kinda lame for the guys. I'll definently post a report for our trip with all the details.
