I found plastic waterproof orange wrist bands online and got 500 of them for fifty bucks. I will bring a bunch with me when I get there this Sat. It is just so much more fun when there is a big group of people that have been chatting on here and you finally meet. So if you see me just ask for one.
Ace1 kindly brought a load of them for the 1st week of May and they worked brilliantly. People who are a little bit shy find them to be a great ice breaker and a way to get to talk to people. I am rubbish at recognising people and remembering names at least this way you know they are off the site lol. Loads of people asked what they meant and it was a great way to mention this site to them. At least 80 of us had them on for Epic Week. Lynfa x
Things change there like the weather! When I first came there, the color of your wrist band which was provided by TTR, distinguished how often you came there. Swinging on the swing meant you were a swinger and nobody cared what you did, unless they wanted in. Now, you might find an introverted person on the swing who happens to be wearing an orange wrist band, because it matched her bikini. Isssssssssh!!! Would love to have a drink with the two of you, with or without the orange wristbands.
Steve should sell them on Amazon. He could do it fairly cheaply and do it fulfilled by Amazon for free. Or you guys could just buy gaming electronics from me in there....just kidding
Hi there - we will be there on Friday w/our orange wristbands!! Got them from eBay from Indonesian monks.... no lie... they're braided...and they want us to take a picture of us in them....
