Hi Hammie Just wanted to add my thoughts for u. Firstly, u are a legend on CCC, which means you already have friends/ cred @Temptation whenevr you decide to book. U will feel like you are at home in a strange place. You asked about the food. Well we stayed at GP 6 yrs ago (b4 we ever went to TTR) and we thought the food was decent. However the steakhouse was not the greatest steaks. And the Italian was disappointing. But the sushi joint was awesome. TTR we feel is superior to GP for food. The italian and seafood are outstanding. We dont do buffets so cant comment. As far as the crowd, it seemed to us that Gp crowd were wannabees. Overall they were Not outgoing or friendly. The time we were there it seemed ppl thought they were all that. TTR crowd is way more laidback and friendly. TTR crowd know they are the bomb and dont really care what others think. Overall the crowd is [/wayU]cooler and ready to get crazy than GP. You mentioned about the rooms. Yes obviously, the sexy pool rooms are an upgrade. So they are more. Same as the jacuzzi rooms at the quiet pool. We dont check/compare prices anymore. But years ago we did and TTR was always cheaper than GP on a package deal from Toronto. When we went to GP we didn't like the staff at all. The ent. staff were flat out lethargic univiting and generally ambivalent. There were no standouts amongst the hotel staff for us. We thought the place was just alright. Hated the pool bar. Way too small and clicky. And it closed at 1 or 2 am? ? ? That was nonsense. TTR is the superior choice for U, I am positive you will find. In fact I think you are a Temptation girl already, you just don't know it. When are you thinking of planning your TTR baptism?
LMAO wow!!! I didn't know there were so many awesome people in one place.... okay maybe I did. lol I doubt people will know me. Unless I meet them on here before hand or they are people I've met before. I've always loved my Temptations friends! I guess TTR is worth more than just a day pass. I just was called classless and "risque" for doing "that kind of behavior" aka being topless and in a g string at golden parnassus. lol. I have a whole group of people ganging up on me. I'm over it and moving on. It's ridiculous. There is this one girl.... I don't know her name but she tends to be at TTR when I go for day passes..... usually some time between March 20th-April 3rd. I didn't see her this year 4/7-14... but I heard she goes like 3 times a year. She was a beautiful thick black woman and was wearing pink bikinis both times I saw her. She introduced herself to me immediately. I loveeeee her and her whole spirit! She brought the party. lol. I know when I went with Jackie and Jim we ate at this restaurant near the sports pool. It was like a buffet. It was okay. I think I'm more or less going on vacation to be free(aka as close to nude as possible without getting kicked out) and surrounded by good people who are HAPPY and dont GAF. lol. Life is really too short not to be so happy!!! :cheerleaders: It's time for a change! Maybe I'll test out the water labor day weekend. I think thats what we've been brewing for like a month now. Greet me with warm welcoming open minded arms? be gentle? lol.
Bet that beautiful lady you talk about is Delicious, and she is! She's a legend there. We just returned from out 1st trip and had a blast. It was by far the best adult vacation we have ever been on. I have gone topless in the past but struggled with it before we went this time due to bilateral mastectomies and reconstructive surgery. Well that lasted for maybe 10 minutes after I hit the sexy pool. No one judged but I did get alot of high 5s and encouragement from many people. Body size, shape, etc really doesn't matter there. The people were fabulous and the April Addicts eagerly showed us the ropes. It was great finally meeting alot of the people we have chatted with on CCC. As for the Boobs Cruise well you know, that speaks for itself. We will definitely be back!!!

hello hammi, sorry to hear about your dissapointment. but you have come to the right conclusion!! TTR all the way!!! life is indeed too short to waste on rude people, who dont know how to have fun. living here in utah we bump into those kind of people all the time!! if you dont go to church, look and act a certain way then your a bad person!! its crap i knkow, but just ignore them and be yourself!! i couldnt imagine going anywhere else on vac. now!! we have had a blast each trip, and have gotton toknow the most amazing people, so why ruin a trip by going somewhere you will be judged, and harrassed!! wecolme hope to meet you in person one day. as we like to say ha ha another one has crossed over!!
You would fit right in at TTR! I loved it! I didn't feel uncomfortable there once. Everyone was awesome whether it was the people staying there or the staff.
HammieJ, I'm sorry you had to deal witht hat mess at GP, that's why I think that, in spite of "some" good stuff/info coming out of GP on here lately, Stacia & I'll be sticking to TTR. I can tell you, NO WAY the April Addicts get you down with bad-mouthing people about how they look, act, or dress. Top Notch party folks at TTR in April, I can promise you that.
I don't mean to state the obvious, but its all on the boards so why not? You can find plenty of threads about too many single guys, creepers, poor food, etc... I remember reading things about not letting your wife out by herself if your passed out somewhere. Every place is going to have good and bad moments. It seems like some like to stake their ground on which place is better, and what time of year, and who has the better group. These post seem like a lot of wasted time, this one included. It seems like once you have gone to one place many times you are naturally looking for something different. Old isn't new again. Anyway it's all new to us. This will be our first time ever on a vacation by ourselves. These threads are sometimes informative if not entertaining.
