Opening date for new grocery store in hotel zone?

Anyone know opening day for new grocery store in hotel zone? Looking forward to something new and clean and never having to go to Walmart in town.

 

Chedurai is already open. Soriana is still building but probably open mid winter.

 

Is that by Plaza Caracol?

 

Chedraui Opened late October and yes Plaza Caracol. Soriano also opened a couple weeks ago in Plaza Kukulcan

 

Soriana opened about two weeks ago in the Kulkulcan Plaza. It is on the second floor towards the southern end. Chedraui is in what used to be the open parking lot on the eastern side of Plaza Caracol.
