I agree with all the suggestions, especially these below. I'm 5'1" and I had to tiptoe the whole time inside the pool. No fun! Oh, and for the DJs to mix up the music better (as opposed to playing the same 10 songs every 2 hours) And the timeshare people were relentless... It was so annoying.
I agree with a lot of these also. I still haven't had timeshare people be too bad. Last trip one lady came close to getting told to f off. In all of our 11 years she was by far the pushiest. I like the pool but, I have a real problem with the stairs. I always forget one going up or down. they need to strip them so its easier to get in and out without stubbing a toe, or falling in missing a step.
Security need to chill a bit... Recognise the real issues rather than minor... Definitely need some pool/hot tub open later!!! Don't get me wrong, we have never had an issue with security, they have obviously given strict rules to follow.... but... they would be better off following instincts rather than rules in their enforcement, in my opinion...
