I'm guessing that--aside from lowering the water level a bit--changing the pool depth would be an enormous expense and probably a non-starter with them.
well ok than we all seem to be in agreement---so when does the new nighttime Sky Party start?!! I think we need to start working on names and promotions for it!
The timeshare sharks were bad the last trip. Late night swimming needs to be allowed Sky Pool/Bar needs to be open to everyone no charge Just a few things over all we like the reno and will be back
Yeah I don't think it would be an easy fall or accident but that really is the only explanation I can see why they wouldn't keep it open later.
People always say its a safety issue to close the pool early Hedo had an all night pool with a bar it was never hugely crowded since people went to the party or bed generally it was 15 to 20 people not sure if it would be the same at TTR but I would think it would be
All of the suggestions are great, except the very few that hit everyone with no good alternative. For example, some PDA on the beach after midnight. If you don't like that, don't go to the beach after midnight. There's really only one reason to go there at that time of night and it's to get a little naughty. On the other hand, there's no escaping the music. No genre is going to make everyone happy and if they try to mix it up with all genres, no one would like it. It's like the old radio format days when a radio station would try to play a little of everything and no one ever listened to that station. The only successful ones were those that picked a genre and stuck with it. There was a time when they tried mixing it up and Patty O's quickly became dead. It's a dance club and the dance genre is what makes a dance club. Yes, there are more dance tunes that they could play, but don't mix a bunch of other stuff in with it. Play tunes that make people want to grind against each other! Jimmy Buffet music can be great, but it doesn't make me horny!
With the mismatched stairways providing all the safe passage of a minefield, it's a little bit of a stretch to believe management suddenly became ultra cautious and the reason for not using the Skybar for evening events comes down to safety. There must be more to it.
