Just a note to everyone that is afraid of the mexican airports ,had a connecting flight in Charlotte girl that got on plane had a bad cold if she had gone threw the airport in Cancun they would not have let her on the flight think maybe they should take a few tips from them.. Have fun all whatever u decide going to get some needed rest

Saw a post where someone said you had to go to the airport a lot earlier than usual. Is that still in effect?

No now that might have changed because they were combining flights .The only trouble we had was our connecting flight when we had to go through customs again back in the states that took forever . Just check your connecting flight to make sure u have at least 2 hours if not more before u have to get on your next flight. Have a great time!

we left sat the 9th, we were told 2 1/2 hours at airport, lol and it took 10 minutes

We left the 5th - same thing, quicker than normal lol
