    The Latvian goalie deserves a gold medal of his own, that was one hell of a performance he had.

    score, 2-1

    The CBC commentator said he plays for an eastern US university, was the Latvian back-up goalie, and facing ~$150M of annual NHL salary. Crazy. To say he'll be getting some scouting attention now is an understatement.

    Agreed! The boys were really tested today. I suspect the Friday game against our friends from the USA will be quite the tilt!

    Your guy Kessel is on fire! It'll be interesting to see how our coaching staff manage coverage on him.

    I'm a Habs fan so I'll be stoked to see Price getting the start in net.
