I remember back in 2001 that the buffet dinning area was "Nice Shoes." It had A/C and was nicer in that respect. The games, team played for the largest stack of underwear, bra's etc.
Food? Seems great to me now as then. IF you have problems, might be you are a picky eater! Long as I have my tummy full, I am a happy camper!!
The entertainment has gotten really bad but then again when you compare Chinos with anyone, they are all bad!! They do need to work on the games that are played. Some good but many not so good. Invade other resorts as see what is happening and steal it. The entertainment folks seem to be just doing a job and not having fun or pride in what they do. Couple of times, the ME was speaking so fast broken English, you could not understand what he was saying.
All in all, we love it and have been 3 time this year and already booked for Feb.
Meet the nicest people and the fun is "off the chain!!!"

We think it was "wilder" a few years back, but as a resort-hotel, it's much "better" now.

Absolutely NO question the food is a LOT better now than in the BBG days, hands down TTR crushes BBG's food.

But, that old Nice Shoes down in the bottom area where it used to be (it actually had its own bar, y'all!) was MUCH better than that goofy-stupid room next to the Sports Bar thing that ain't that either. They bring that place back, it'd be kicking ass to be able to go back and forth between the two.
