I've only been doing a little bit at a time, and its been working wonders! I can already see the old me coming back, If keep it up for 1 more month , I will be more than satisfied. Im already happy with the results. Everyday I make sure to do something, I may run a few miles if I have time, abs, pushups, pullups, bicep curls, just as long as I remain active, It all works out pretty good. I didnt get t run today, so instead I worked my upper body. But I've done abs everyday, with no breaks, eventhough they say not to. :lol:
Ehhh i think as long as you dont smash them everyday and just do a bit it would be okay? ehhhh why not?! not long to go now!!
Been hard to work gym around work so that little will help trying to not overdue it really just eat allot and stack up on my proteins and creatine as i struggle to gain weight!
I thought the perfect cancun workout was the drunken workout? If you can do it drunk, then you can do it anywhere.
okay i stand corrected ... that is a very very good workout ... i hope to use the same when im in cali! you'll have to tell me the 'gym' where this workout starts out at ....
haha a good start would be the club at Hollywood and Highland. Just remember you can show them you have some cash, but never let them get their hands on any of it.. even after you get what you want.
