I am working out trying to get the old 6pack back in action! Its amazing how fast it goes away when you dont play sports anymore! 44 days of diet and exercise should make me look good
That is ridiculous - 15 in 3 and a half weeks!!! keep churning those pounds ... the last 15 is always harder! good luck!
yeah, I did the first bit with diet alone... 2nd 15 will be earned in the gym and on the ski slopes. No worries. Thanks for the encouragement. was 238, now 223.
