Yeah im with chet, I could fun anywhere... and I sent chet a message before saying that depending on how many people we have lined up for get together, there are beach house with 4 bedrooms and ones right next to it, starting at 1200 bucks or less, I found one that is 900 bucks, divide that by 8 people per house and its ridiculously cheap as long as we eat and drink at the beach house and not party to much down town... That being said, I could party in womans undewear section of the local walmart and have a blast, so to me it doesnt matter what we all decide to do, I brought up New Orleans to see who may be interested just cuz they have a great group from this website going that I havent met yet and its for a good cause and I have never been to new orleans, so im dying to try out the food and atmosphere..and what better way to see it then be plastered drunk in a costume parading down through the french quarter... I guess all in all what im trying to say is I dont want to wait a year to see all you S.O.B's again hahaha
I feel the same... I'm really wanting to go to New Orleans and have been up to date with whats going on... as in saving my empties to cash in for donation... and let me tell you its been a tough job... we have at least 7 very large Garbage bags full. LOL I'm with you really don't want to wait a year to see all you people again.

I hear ya... us either I really want us all to get together again and not having to wait until next April... hmm do I sound like a spoiled kid or what... I want to go to New Orleans..., I want to get together again with the April Addicts... i want to go to Cabo.. I want to go to Cancun... Yeah as my husband would say... Spoiled...
Deb if you do all of that you are spoiled.. we looked at the prices to New Orleans and well its pretty expensive from here. about 1800.00 for flights then hotel and food and drinks and donation .. so Pretty sure that will be out for us unless of course there is a great deal that pops up .. as for the other places you guys are talking about i dont even know where they are...hahah !! Brewster and I are gonna check out Cabo in the fall around October or November and most likely do Cancun in April.. maybe I will have to start a thread in the TTR cabo called the April addicts does cabo in October...haha!
Keep an eye on the prices for New Orleans Kim, I was just going to ask you on Facebook if you were going. Me and Chet and a few others were talking about a possible summer time meeting or something at a beach house in the Carolinas, the house rentals are pretty cheap and we can just barbecue and drink on the patio and listen to bruce and the waves crash each night... there were some house that were as cheap as 900 for the week , with 4 bedrooms... so if we get 2 houses next to each other for 1800 bucks divided by 16 people or however many, it would be pretty darn cheap... just an idea
Nice house but who gets the crib or can we put it outside to avoid reminding us that we are parents. Lol haven't looked at prices at all. First I had to find out where the hell is topsail. Now that I know I am gonna see what happens with this and then see if it works for my holidays. I have a holiday july 16th week but it is impossible to get away that week cause Glenn is short one at work and he has a golf trip that weekend already booked. I may be up to changing my Sept vacation from Cancun to somewhere else though if it sounds like fun. Sept is hurricane season though right?
Lol Deb, That sounds like a party Saturday night. I would say Friday but I am working Saturday this week. I never got to meet Guy and Keith but hey Deb haven't met you guys either yet. Lol maybe one of these weeks we can all get together and hang out at the bar for a while.:bash:
