I've seen that customer by the way. In fact~ I think I was one of about nine other people behind him in line a few weeks ago. He was also that guy who seemed to be pleased by NOTHING they could do for him too. I don't think you're exagerating by much when you say 8000 questions either! By the time he FINALLY finished, EVERYONE was frustrated from waiting. :roll:
