well its real cool for what ive seen, its right next to green 16 and it is private, not a lot of american people in pok ta pok tho... well i never see lots of tourists around... you must have a great view at your condo... golf course and lagoon view for sure...

i know its not bay view grand, ill go check later, get a brochure or something and ill let you know
