    We can probably phone the final number through a few days before, it's not too much a problem to expand or contract as the case may be on the night so it's just a ballpark figure to start with.

    Would doing a facebook group help this run a bit smoother? I personally don't know any of you guys and may have trouble telling who you are when i don't know what you look like. also it may help as i can flick on to facebook and remind myself what day it is aswell as what day the party is!

    probably not making it to be honest. My pal flys in the same day as the party and i doubt he is going to want to go. Have fun though!! Will most likely see you guys poolside

    lol sorry fletch!! i planned on booking like a month ago but that didnt happen. now my originally desired dates are like over 2k/person lol. we booked 9 nts for only like 11something.
