Offer to buy My Premier Membership

Plz ask them if they were the ones hacked?
How did the members' list and info fall into the wrong hands. I was told last week they are investigating.

 

We have also gotten calls for the last month about selling our membership and we think it is a scam, I have e-mailed TTR but have not heard anything back yet.

 

You could call them.
They need to know how rampant this is and figure out where the security breech is

 

OK so I received the contract today and it makes no sense. I want to see how far they will go and what they say to my questions in regards to the contract.

We (us and our attorney) reviewed the contract and told them (CRM Realty) what we would need changed etc.. They said that's not how it is done. One change was they take their 8% commission out of the proceeds of the sale, standard in any sales purchase/contract and we will need a wire confirmation of the funds they sent to the closing company Latin American Equity. She just kept talking over me and we ended the conversation that this is what I need or we are declining their offer. Today she calls again and says I don't understand business and this is how it is done with them. She said they are willing to do what we ask but I need to sign the contract they sent and do it immediately or the funds they wired will be returned. I said why would anyone sign a contract they do not agree with? Again she blew me off and said they'll have to move on and I have wasted her time. I told her business deals do not happen overnight and are not one sided that's why it is a business deal. Again she said I don't understand this business. UM OK!? Such a scam but loved putting through some paces. My attorney and I had a good laugh she said in their dreams that we would ever sign that contract they sent.

i just got a call from a person who told me they would gladly pay tuesday for a hamburger today,,,,a Mr. Whimpy...

Cept it was a guy....different company name. Said he repped European elites.
Same deal clauses. 8% BS. Wont take from proceeds. We have to pay first. Then we get our money.

in the fine print it says if you back out you have to pay the buyer some large amount of cash. It also say if they back out you have to pay them cash. Plus it all gets written up by a lawyer in Mexico and guess who pays for that too?. It's a scam
