We plan to try and do a short workout each morning, then a walk on the beach, just to get the blood flowing and hopefully sweat out some of the alcohol. Not any crazy, crossfit style of workout...some stretching, light treadmill, etc. That is the goal...partying with you guys at Paty O's may supersede said goal...
I couldn't care less about working out while on vacation. I have a really hard time doing it at home too. But I am content with myself so I am fine.
We plan on using the gym because it is kind of our way of getting going every day. We did it last year, but then again we were not with Octoberbreasters so who knows. Jason

I used to try and keep up the workout routine while taking vacations, but not anymore. I would pack the gym clothes and shoes, but they would never make it out of the suitcase. I'm usually too hungover. I'm pretty consistent with working out year round, that when on vacation I allow myself that break. I like Brent & April's rule Rosanna
