Re the extrovert / introvert question. I feel like I was shy in high school. Way too worried about image, what people thought, etc and was definitely an introvert. Then I got to college and really made up for lost time with the philosophy I have today...live life to the fullest, don't sweat the small stuff and who cares what anyone else thinks. Joined a fraternity, was social chairman and just loved throwing crazy ass parties. Jen I would say is an extrovert too, but I USED TO take the lead and she would follow. Life takes you thru phases and I think for a while we focused too much on family. Then we both busted out in 2010 with our 1st trip to TTR and haven't looked back since. We love our TTR vacations for many reasons but the main one is we both find people interesting and the diversity you encounter at TTR fascinating. We all really are sheltered in our own corner of the world and it is just great meeting different people and hearing their stories. I usually am the first to reach out, to start a party, to simply say hi. I love to joke around, explore someone's likes/dislikes and flirt I admit I enjoy drama as it helps me not be bored. Jen although not on here much is just as outgoing at ttr and each trip surprises me with taking the fun to another level. We used to mostly just be this way at ttr but 2014 has been an entirely different story as we partied like it was 1999 and frankly are a little burnt out after our summer of fun and 96 hour binder in Ireland last weekend. Hopefully we can rejuvenate our inner party by Octoberbreast and make this the best trip yet.
So, Eddie is the extrovert. Gets along with everybody and everyone. Doesn't need the drinks to fit in and have fun. Looks at the good with everyone. Mark is the introvert. Give you the shirt off his back. When he knows you, sometimes you can't get him to shut up. Observes and takes everything in. Very dry sense of humor and reading some of the descriptions about humor, definitely him.
Bloody Mary if I'm hungover if not I take the fresh watermelon juice from the buffet and put vodka in it! Yummy...
Question Happy Thursday! (4 more and we'll be there) Question: What is your remedy for a TTR hangover? I've seen a few posts about Bloody Mary's and that's usually mine but what other suggestions do you have? :icon_biggrin:
I have a glass or two of the green juice in the buffet. It seems to perk me up and get me going again
So the people that arrive on the 3rd did it yesterday....so we can do it today for all the Octoberbreasters that fly in on the 4th. What time does your flight land? We are officially at 30 days!! Nikki
Awesome flight!! We get it at 1:00pm from Toronto. Our first flight leaves at 5:30am lol I'm really hoping for a nap on one of those flights.
This helps me! Then I usually have a couple of glasses of green juice at breakfast. Then start drinking all over again! Dawn XOXOXOXO
