This group is hilarious, it seems YOU are the only extrovert in the group and I would find that hard to believe after reading thousands of posts not to mention some great pics !!! I have absolutely no doubt the Octoberbreasters will be front and center at the pool and the Paty O parties artytime: Now for us, we love to laugh and people watch, we tend to get along with the younger crowd more than people our own age. Sherrie is very guarded with new people but is a hoot when she gets going. We don't require any spotlight, nor choose to compete with anyone for it. Me, hmmm no idea what to say, I am what I am, like popeye! A dry sense of humour that some don't get, it's been in most of my posts. Oh I will be the most sunburnt guy there by the time you folks show up and most of all I've always got your back

It's 24 days for us, oh and Curtis you are welcome to join us in the "wings" as is anyone who requires a breather.

 

Wow, can't say I remember that. Lot of alcohol involved maybe? lol Marilyn and I have pretty much entered all the contests, won a few, lost a bunch, but always had fun. Marilyn won the lingerie contest a couple years ago; that was pretty memorable. skin to win used to be the order of the day.

 

She is not shy if there are naked boobs in front of her face. I just had to say it!

Let's see......I really like this question BTW. I think we will fit in well from the responses so far. I am a little shy to begin with. I usually never start a conversation. Fred is a little more outgoing than me. He will usually be the one to start conversations and approach people. Once the conversation is started I warm up nicely and jump right into the party. What's weird is that although I'm shy, I'm the one that will do the pool games and competitions while Fred sits on the sidelines. I know I'm more reserved but I try to push my boundaries. That's why we both love the atmosphere of these style resorts. We can both open up more than we would in the normal world.

So I think our evolution is interesting. When Ann Marie and I first met back in 1986, she was the extrovert to some degree, but I was definitely the shy one (she made all the moves while picking me up in a hot tub in college). Now, we've basically reversed roles. While she's definitely not shy (just ask the guy who was being distracted by "a certain lady(not Melissa) [who] had her legs around [a guy's] waist kissing [him] to distract [him]"), we've met more people in the last 10 years because of me and my now more extroverted personality.

I should also add, my humor can be dry at times. Not everyone gets it or appreciates it. If you think you've been offended by something I've said, you're very wrong and you must be an idiot. See what I mean?

 

I'll say when I left the pool that day, you'd had "a bit" of that champagne and seemed to be VERY comfortable in your lounge.

 

Okay, so Mike and I are both rather shy, he is more so than I am. Both of us avoid the spotlight and tend to sit back and take it all in. I think if I were to have to choose who was more of the outgoing one, then I would have to say I am. We both tend to come out of our shell more when we have a little assistance..

 

I am a little shy by nature but seem to thrive in the TTR environment. Most would be surprised to hear I am shy, but my motto is fake it until you make it. Meeting people is what I enjoy the most about vacation.

Tina is a little more reserved and takes a little longer to open up, however put her in the right environment and she is by far the sexy fun one.

 

Single women or not, you'll have fun if you hang with us. Also, you never know who you'll met who's not even on CCC. Last thing, while you're always welcome to hang with us (on the NW end of the pool), the SE end of the pool by the towel handout area seems to be younger. You'll understand these directions when you get there. Either way, be cool and you'll have fun.
