Everyone has different experiences and I know this is a sensitive subject so will tread lightly (check out our trip reports for full details) but every trip we have had 1 or more single guy issues. Even when we only visited for a day in May. We party hard and Jen wears some pretty skimpy stuff and I guess that some (not all, many are very nice) single guys think that is an open invitation to do what they want. Most of it is harmless and firm responses stop the annoyance. We have never had to get physical and it tends to happen way less when you are with a group like Octoberbreast where everyone protects everyone from any unwanted advances...single guy, married guy or whatever. So don't let it worry or bother you but it does happen. I know we would never go in March due to the numbers. When there are a lot of single guys it does change the atmosphere a little. I would not expect much in October. Last year we had one that would just not get the hint and all the guys from the group helped make sure he got ushered away when he would pop up here and there.

 

Uh oh. Starting to get worried that we are getting a little unbalanced on the country side. We need some more folks from up north and city slickers.

I can't handle any country music at the toy party. Just doesn't seem to go together. Speaking of music, what does everyone listen to? We will try to add some to our playlist if we can ever lock up a spot for the party which allows us to play music.

 

...uh, I believe Brenda's alter ego knocked him out with a ninja punch to the nads...

I was actually referring to an issue with a different single guy. I just went back to last years trip report but couldn't find it. The Brent issue u were referring to is in there and it was fun reminiscing on last years fun. Our single guy kept popping up really close to Jen in the pool and getting touchy. Brent, Darin, Matt and others made it very clear that he and his friends were not wanted.
