Here's a thought. We make an event of the ice bucket challenge out by the sexy pool. Just think of the effect it would have on the ladies when they take it. Wow! On the flip side we guys would likely have serious shrinkage issues. LOL The rub would be posting the videos. They probably wouldn't be suitable for social media. Hmmm

 

I got a big taste of the ice bucket challenge last October when my team lost at tequila volleyball. I got an entire cooler of it dumped on me. Lets just say I was glad my trunks were on. I think I went inverted.

They let you keep your trunks on? They made me and Jen get nekkid. I learned a valuable lesson that day. When you walk up to naked tequila volleyball it might seem like a good idea to join a team full of ladies. After all you are going to be naked next to them the entire game. Better to bump into them than some random guy. However, when you then lose to a team full of guys and have to take a shot after every lost point and then the entire pool wants to prance you plus 8 ladies around the pool naked, dump ice on you and make you dance, well I quickly realized being on a bad team where people want to see you all naked (or at least the ladies) is not a good idea. Lesson learned.

 

I am on week 7 of P90X3 and also have done P90X. I totally love the 30 minute workouts. After the 30 minutes, I still have time to either run or walk (which I totally love). I doubt my body will be where I want it to be come October, but at least I have tried.

You should look at Shawn T's T25 workout. It is insanity but only 30 minutes.

I totally understand. Age related changes can be sooooo frustrating. I wish we were allowed to keep that 20 year old figure! Oh well, anyone can ROCK SEXY so that's what I try to do. Curtis and I have fun with the workouts. Especially when I see him do the donkey kick thing!!! LOL

 

Well when you are on a crappy team of all guys, you get to keep your trunks on. Not a soul was calling for us to parade around naked.

 

The twenty year old body is great and all, but I find women in their forties far more attractive these days. Maybe thats why I can't get into school girl night. Anyway, I am sure a young lady in her early 30's like yourself is plenty sexy though!

 

Baaaaahhh haaaaa haaaaa!! I wish I felt like I was in my early 30s!!
