Hey! I just looked on a different thread and saw that Oct 8 was school girl night. Has it changed from what I had seen before when it was pink night? I didn't want to look through all the posts. Just want to make sure I pack accordingly! Thanks!

 

We are doing our themes a little different from the official TTR nights.

 

I think those 2 nights kind of became interchangeable. Some people are doing pink, some school girl on the 5th and same for the 8th.

 

See, this is why Temptation drives me nuts and makes me want to go to Pearl. Pearl charged me way less and responded asking questions around what I wanted included in the buffet, what drinks i wanted, offered suggestions on how to make the party the best, etc. Here is the Temptation response...

Thanks xxx. Thanks for the quick response. I appreciate you and Mr xxx working with me to create a fun night for our group. The group was hoping that there would be some flexibility on the rate given that we brought over 100 people to Temptation for the week. I think if you were to look at the bookings for that week you will see a significant increase in visitors due to our group. The price quoted is significantly higher than what we paid last year and significantly higher than what I received in May at Desire Pearl. Can you reconsider given that so many of us are coming in a group to visit Temptation Resort and we hope to return at the same time every year if Temptation delivers what I know it can... a great adult experience! I have trouble convincing everyone that renting a private space at that price is worth it when they can get free drinks and food right around the corner. Aren't we drinking the same drinks or eating the same food regardless of where we are located? Of course there is the cost of the staff and like we did last October and this past May we would tip them well to ensure their time is worth working the event!

I think if we create an event that is fun for everyone at the right price then the resort and the guests win. Temptation and the food and beverage teams get nice reviews and feedback plus additional income for the resort as the guests return at the same time every year which is not usually a peak time. The guests have a great time, feel like Temptation values them and wants them to return again and again. Seems like a win for everyone. Please let me know if there is any other option.

Two years ago a large swinger group was there from Cincinnati. They chartered a plane and flew down together. There were 70 couples and they had a private party at the cigar lounge every night. I wonder what it cost them?

 

I remember them. They flew in on our last night. They were greeted with champagne welcome drinks at the front door when they arrived.
