We would love to meet everyone in advance but logistically not really possible for us. We are having enough trouble just locking up kid coverage for October. Plus we try to hit the jersey shore pretty much every weekend from not until September where we don't have a kid event conflict. Keep us updated so we are not too far behind on the group dynamics when we arrive in October. Was fun reading everyone's assessment of each other after the visit to Dallas.
So jealous that all those good dj's play near you. Unfortunately being in country music city there is hardly anyone that comes through here Ellie Goulding just played at the Ryman last night but she only had one song I like. To be able to hear some of my favorite artist live would be a great party!!!
Brent can tell you that when the music stops at Patty O's I have a hard time not wanting to go to sleep. It's a big party and at a certain point the music stops and they put on smooth jazz.....LOL. I think it's 1am.... For me that's a big downer because I love to dance and not just sit. I think that we should go to a club or two a few nights during our trip so we can really party it up. -April
Wow! You know him so well already! He is always prepared to party and def loves to dj for a group of friends. Only issue is its hard to find most of the tracks we love on iTunes or even cd. We play so much from YouTube playlists at home and from what I hear the Internet situation there is sucky at best. We are hunting our favorite music from those playlists to have them loaded to our iPhones already, so hopefully with 4 months to go we will have what we want by the time we get there.
My music preferences vary so much based on mood! I LOVE club mixes/dub step/house for when I am partying. I listen to top 40 in the car. I like acoustic for just hanging out relaxing. I get giddy when I hear 90's hits played by a cover band when I am out a bar, obviously telling my age a bit here. And I like a very specific sensual dub step/ambient style of music in the bedroom (or anywhere else Mr Mac decides to ale advantage of me!).
As long as Matt has his Ipod we are good to go. Woo Hoo!!!! That makes me very happy. I hate when the music stops! -A
We know of a place that has the only after hour rooftop club!!! Dance until the sun rises and watch the waves crash! Very clean and exclusive place in the heart of the district. I will mention it to Mrs. Mac and probably end up going there once.
Darin you already know me so well Without a doubt I will have my iPhone with very carefully selected tracks. To bad I can't access YouTube down there bc I have an amazing playlist for those private or not so private "playtimes" at TTR However, I am on a mission to obtain a "panty dropper" playlist for our extraordinary TTR experience. Most of my tracks are mixes already Not main steam so it's hard to find them on iTunes. Who are the eagles? Boston? Did they have instruments? Totally kidding with you bro...I enjoy Boston and bands from the 70's and 80's
