I just went to book on cheaptickets.com and the price they have is the same as the Temptations website. Was their a discount code I needed to enter or did I miss the low prices?

 

Not for us. The past four years we booked through Expedia. This year we checked out Cheaptickets (thanks to Kyle) and it was a good amount less! No promo code.

We always get the best rate going through alpharooms. Then we book our airfare separately.

 

Once you get in, you will never want out. This group of people are the best you will find and they welcome everyone new or old to join in the fun.

 

I got $133 a night. Killed Expedia, alpha, etc

Right now they don't have the reduced starting rates but there is an 18% off hotel only code. Wait though. Each week it rotates between 15%, nothing, 18%, 20% and 25%.

The 25% is rare but for sure the 20% will come back and hopefully it will be on top of the reduced rate to begin with.

What rate r u seeing now?

If u r worried about it going up u can book and cancel later if/when the discount comes back as it is fully refundable every time I have checked.

Those who are lurking that can't commit yet should book the low rate when it pops up again and cancel later if it doesn't work kid/work/whatever wise

 

We are now officially booked. We arrive October 3rd and come home October 11th. We were going to do Temptations the whole week, but after reading Kyle's TR, we’re inspired to try Desire Pearl for the last half of the trip. I booked Temptations for October 3rd to the 7th and Desire Pearl from October 7th-11th.

I'm hoping some of this crew is up for joining Jen&Kyle and Andrea & me in trying Desire, even if it's for a night or two (I'm worried I'll get bored without this crew). And to make it more enticing, I decided to splurge on the Penthouse suite. For those of you that read Kyle's trip report, it sounds like they had a great party in his Penthouse suite at Desire. I promise to throw an epic party for the TTR Octoberbreast crew one night in the penthouse suite while we are there. Anybody want to join us?
