Hot damn I go away for 4 days and come back to like 5 new pages. Busy beavers in our group. Well it's the final countdown! Gotta let my liver regenerate after this past 4 day weekend and get ready to try and destroy it again. My better half is starting to try and back out of theme nights. Kinda disappointed but no worries. Hopefully the ccc group will get her to let loose while we are there. But as long as she drinks with me I'm good. On a sad note this time next month we will be saying our goodbyes to all of you while trying to remember all the fun I think we had. Call me Debbie downer. HA!
I like them both but I think I like the first one better. It is always a fun night especially if there is a lot of participation. Looking forward to meeting you both! -April
Ok, so this is totally backwards for us. I think every time we go in to a toy shop we enlist the expertise of at least one if not multiple sales associates. It's fun to get different opinions. Plus the shock factor when we completely divulge what exactly we want the toy to do is comical sometimes. I will say though, that last time we went together I actually got embarrassed enough to blush and turn away for a second, but that only made the experience all that more exciting!
I agree completely with you. I was thinking in terms of going the very first time. Now a days I don't mind asking lors of questions. I might even ask for a demo if the sales person is attractive. There is no need to be embarassed by other customers since they are there doing the same thing as you are.
We have at least 3 friends that host sex toy parties, or did in the past. I'm not sure what that says about us really lol. I've been reading this post and the post about not having an avatar as it could be detrimental to that persons job and I have to wonder if it's a US thing as I've never heard of anyone losing their job over their vices here in Canada. Someone once posted that even if someone tagged them in a picture at an off hours event holding a beer they'd be fired. In Canada we tend to treat anyone who doesn't drink or have some sort of perverted hobby as suspect lol
People here tend to be a lot more conservative and prudish. People will judge very easily over perceptions. I always say that we need to be european in our thinking towards nudity and such. I work in a public type job but figure if somebody sees me on here or another website then they can't say much since they are looking themselves.
RE: Andrew n Ali's last post: We are very skeptical of anyone without pictures. always have been. Here or elsewhere. Dont subscribe to the whole "job" thing...Believe us, our jobs are very high profile where we live (if you see us at TTR ask us and we will tell you), and theres nothing here other than an Adults only Resort. It's not a swingers resort, it's simply adults only. It's been said many times on here, it's like an adult spring break....Just not buying the,"we cant post a pic thing"....keep em private, open em only to friends, etc.... that said, really....who cares. they have their opinion, you have yours, we have ours....To each their own. Really, not much of an issue, you know?
Oh I hate going to the sex toy shop with Trav. He asks for help and always points out the most random toys to me from across the store. He will yell, "Hey babe, you think you will like this one??" and hold up the most ginormous dildo you've ever seen. He thinks it's quite hysterical. Me, not so much! ;-)
That sounds like something Brent would do! LOL. The last time we were at a sex toy shop together I was trying on naughty school girl outfits and Brent kept getting the sales lady involved and getting her opinions.
