That was a first night last trip too. I tend to have memory loss on that first night as it is usually a long, long day . But yes, that is me. I do recall a lot of people coming up to me and saying may I touch your flower? Good ice breaker. How long were you all at the resort after that? Wondering how much our trips overlapped. My memory stinks. Part of the reason I do a detailed trip report as soon as I get back. Next time I need more pics.

 

I think that was the Friday and we left at 3:00 on Sunday so a little bit of an overlap. I'm with you, terrible memory and we met a ton of people there.

I think we only overlap a day and a half this time.

Ok long week at work - so ready to start packing and be gone... come on tequila..... 57 days to go until we can have such a blast and see all of the octoberbreast crew!!!

 

What time do you two land in Cancun?

 

Flight is due to arrive around 12:30 in the afternoon - should be by the pool by 2:00.... woo hoo!!!
If I remember correctly you arrive around 3 or 4.. is that right?

 

Our plane lands around 10:30 am so hoping to be at the pool by noon!

 

Texas vs the world?!?!? It's 108 degrees right now, I will gladly join all our new friends anywhere in the world that is cooler than this. Come on I need a cold drink in the pool with all the Octoberbreasters!

 

I'm with you Darin. We just got back from Cancun. Feels like I need to go back just to cool off.

 

In Calgary today is is supposed to reach a staggering 16C, which is about 61F, and it's gonna rain all day and for the next 5 days. Yes we live in Canada but that is not even close to our normal temps, the whole summer has been one big clusterfuck.

So stop complaining about how hot you are, it's making me sad lol - Andrew

On a related note, anyone got a spare room available around labour day? I think the only way we're going to find summer this year is to chase it south. Can't wait for end of Sept. and the heat of TTR
